The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

1.4 Inspection and Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
